Contact the Justice League of WNY

Our organization makes almost 100 appearances annually and we would love to discuss working together to bring joy and happiness to your event or cause.

Our team of costumed volunteers loves entertaining kids, and helping charities. Fill out the request form below and one of our event coordinators will be in touch to discuss your event with you. Please try to answer as many of the questions below as possible. We can not guarantee any event, as we are an unpaid volunteer organization with all our staff having full-time jobs.

Due to most of our members work schedules, we are better able to accept evening and weekend appearances rather than M-F workdays, but can sometimes fill these requests when we have people available.

What restrictions are there on costumes and props?

Can fake weapons that complete a costume be used? Just weapons that are not swords/guns? (e.g. Captain America's shield, Wolverine's claws, Wonder Woman's lasso, Thor's hammer, etc.) Any special restrictions, list here.

Attendance Restrictions

A cut-off date for registration? No more than five of us? Need a list of our members by name? Only superheroes, only supervillains, only Marvel, only DC, only Star Wars, only Sci Fi? Any special restrictions, list here.

We enjoy working with other costumed groups. Where ever possible, when we are at an event that will feature multiple groups, we do our best to coordinate with them so we can avoid duplicate characters, and create a better experience for everyone.

Please keep in mind that these questions are to try and cover all eventualities. Please be as complete as possible as this will help us greatly in considering your request. If you are unable to provide certain things (food is a good example), this does not mean we are unable to do the event. If given no special considerations, however, it may prove difficult for us to comfortably perform an event (especially secure changing space, lack of water, difficult parking arrangements and limitations on who we can send).

While we do our best to accept as many requests as possible, we are unable to do them all.

Please be advised that many of our members' costumes are incompatible with extreme weather conditions. In cases of severe heat, cold, weather, or unsafe travel conditions, we reserve the right to prioritize our members' health and safety by withdrawing. Honorariums will be returned if applicable.
