1: Event Information Our team of costumed volunteers loves entertaining kids, and helping charities. Fill out the request form below and one of our event coordinators will be in touch to discuss your event with you. Please try to answer as many of the questions below as possible. We can not guarantee any event, as we are an unpaid volunteer organization with all our staff having full-time jobs. Please Note: We are not available for birthday parties or political events.

What type of event are you holding? Our primary focus is charity and community events, but we will consider other types as time and staffing permits. Please note, we do not do birthday parties, or political events.

Is parking available? If so, where?*
Free street parking? Reserved spaces? Pay-parking such as meters, lots or garages? Free public lot? If it is a pay-to-park situation, who is responsible for paying?
What restrictions are there on costumes and props?
Can fake weapons that complete a costume be used? Just weapons that are not swords/guns? (e.g. Captain America's shield, Wolverine's claws, Wonder Woman's lasso, Thor's hammer, etc.) Any special restrictions, list here.
Attendance Restrictions
A cut-off date for registration? No more than five of us? Need a list of our members by name? Only superheroes, only supervillains, only Marvel, only DC, only Star Wars, only Sci Fi? Any special restrictions, list here.
What other groups have you contacted who will be appearing?*
We enjoy working with other costumed groups. Where ever possible, when we are at an event that will feature multiple groups, we do our best to coordinate with them so we can avoid duplicate characters, and create a better experience for everyone.
